Monitoring - The operations team will continue to monitor the service instances closely to ensure the issue does not recur.

Identified - Two login service instances were found to be the source of the errors. The instances have been replace by new, healthy login service instances.

Investigating - We are investigating increased error rates for requests made to VMware Identity Manager in the US2 data center. Between 20-25% of login requests for workspaceair.com tenants appear to be failing.

We will update this notification with new information as the investigation progresses.
